This section pertains to the Privacy Policy of www.boundlessbrands.in website and other owned and operated sub-domain(s) and page(s), mobile application of Boundless (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Platform"). Through the Platform we provide access to users to the various products and services available therein (collectively referred to as "Services").

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.boundlessbrands.in website and other owned and operated sub-domain(s) and page(s).

This Privacy Policy detailed herein below governs the collection, possession, storage, handling and dealing of personal identifiable information/data and sensitive personal data of the users of the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by Boundless Food and Beverages Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 90/31B, First Floor, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 100017, New Delhi, India (hereinafter referred to as "Boundless"/ “Company”). Our Privacy Policy are incorporated and shall be read as part of the Platform’s Terms of Use.

The term “we”/ “us” / “our” used in this document refer to Boundless and "you" / "your" / "yourself" refer to the users, who visit or access or use or avail any service (collectively “usage”).

THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN THE FORM OF ELECTRONIC CONTRACT IN TERMS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES MADE THEREUNDER (AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME) AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL SIGNATURE OR SEAL.

1. USAGE OF THE PLATFORM

This Privacy Policy extends to both, users who visit the Platform but do not transact business on the Platform and as well as users who are registered on the Platform and transact business on the Platform.

By browsing the Platform, products and our Services, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not want to be bound by our Privacy Policy, please do not use browse/register on our Platform or use our Services.

Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide Services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Platform to make your experience safer and easier. More importantly, while doing so we collect personal information from you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

By visiting this Platform/downloading the Boundless mobile application you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree please do not download, use or access our Platform. By mere use of the Platform, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

In general, you can browse the Platform without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. Where possible, we indicate which fields are mandatory/ required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Platform.

We collect personal information such as name, company name, email address, phone/mobile number, postal address and other relevant contact details when you voluntarily provide it to us through our Platform or through other channels.

We may also collect non-personal information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral URLs, pages viewed, user behaviour pattern, number of sessions and unique visitors, browsing activities, browser software operating system etc. for analysis, which helps us to provide improved experience and Services to you.

When you buy/transact with us on the Platform, we collect information about your buying/ transaction behaviour, and in case of paid Services or purchase of Products on the Platform, we may collect personal information of a more sensitive nature which includes bank account numbers and related details to facilitate the sale or purchase of the products or Services including but not limited to billing address, a credit/ debit card number and a credit / debit card expiration date and/ or other payment instrument details and tracking information from cheques or money orders.

In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about our users' activity on our Platform. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Platform. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

We collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. When we no longer need your personal data, we will securely and permanently delete or destroy it. Though if you have transacted on our Platform, your transactional data will be retained for audit purposes as per applicable laws of the land.

3. WHAT WE SHARE

• Government agencies or authorities, law enforcements agencies as mandated under statutory enactments and laws to help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud and other potentially illegal acts; correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of our Services; including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences to facilitate joint efforts in combatting such illegal acts. We shall be obligated to provide personal identifiable information if the same is required for any ongoing investigation or is required via any sub peona or notice received by any government or statutory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Service providers, payment systems and data aggregators to collect or store your information specially to verify credit analysis and credit limits from time to time. These data points may be captured by regulated financial entities through secure integration from your desktop, mobile and other such devices by analysing transactional SMS, installed app details, queries, device location, device information, IMEI number, serial number etc.

We further clarify that by using our Platform and / or Services available on the Platform, we may utilize/disclose the details shared by our users, without prejudice to any of their rights, for commercial or non-commercial purpose which we in our sole discretion consider necessary for our business purposes or otherwise.

In case of a merger/ acquisition or restructuring of business: - We and our affiliates will share some or all of your personal information with another business entity should we (or our assets) plan to merge with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business. Should such a transaction occur that other business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information on our Platform from persons under 18 years of age, and no part of our Platform is directed to persons under 18 years of age. Boundless is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those linked Platforms nor for any third party to whom we transfer your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. SENDING/POSING MESSAGES & CORRESPONDENCES

If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by applicable laws.

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Platform, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. We collect personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, credit card / debit card / other payment instrument details, personal details of your mobile phone, such as unique IMEI number(s), etc.) from you when you set up a free account with us.

User Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our affiliates, partners or service providers which may be inside or outside the country you reside in. By submitting your personal data, you agree to such transfers.

12. CHOICE/OPT-OUT

We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related, offers) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account. 13. DATA DELETION OF USERS

If any registered User requests their personal data/information or account to be deleted from the Platform, Boundless subsidiaries Platforms and apps owned and operated by Boundless and any of its owned Platforms and Services. We honour such requests and delete the said user data from our servers. The Users can send an email on the customer support id support@boundlessbrands.in or on Legal@boundlessbrands.in for request of their User data from the Platform and we will delete the Users data within seven (07) working days and intimate the User on their registered email on the action taken.

14. CHANGES/UPDATION TO OUR POLICY

If we decide to change/update our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
